advanced martial arts and self defense training than anyone north of Atlanta.
We focus on teaching martial art fundamentals that have positive lifestyle changes that
will last a lifetime. Our full time schedule of 65 classes per week offers days, nights
and weekend options, so you are sure to find a class to fit your busy schedule. Our adult
programs are designed specifically for the professional adult with emphasis on improving
overall physical fitness and technical skills in a safe environment.
